DesignerBarter would like to get your task provided with some instructions (such as an amount and preferred views of semantic blocks on page, your logo) via our submission form on a homepage. We’ll throw it in the crowd of DB members and tell you when they’ll be able to work on your project. Of course there are factors such as personal life and current jobs to make allowance for, so it may take time to action (up to five days).
Finally, we’ll send you a template to discuss things to be fixed. As a result you’d have the source files in whatever format they are.

What DB doesn’t do
DesignBartr team is glad to help you out really, but there is a limit. If the job involves coding, scripting or seems to take longer than 2-3 hours of designer’s time, please don’t submit it to DesignBartr. Unless you are ready to work on regular conditions with regular prices. Clients like this are always super-welcome!
